To attend any 2023 Retreat Planners retreat participants shall provide proof of COVID vaccination.

On any international retreat, all participants shall wear masks on the plane and during public travel in close proximity to others. If recommended we will implement a requirement for proof of negative Covid test within 72 hours prior to departure.  All participants will bring a home Covid test, and agrees to take the test if they present symptoms during the retreat.

Karen Best and Rimmi Singh are both fully vaccinated and practicing safe social distancing.

Our International Travel Partners and Covid Safety Plans: We carefully choose international travel partners and vendors who are responsible and careful in the tourism industry. We’ve been monitoring closely to see that each venue has a high standard of Covid safety protocol. In most retreat venues most or all staff has been fully vaccinated. People with who we share close contacts, such as drivers and guides, are vaccinated.
We also have an emphasis on time spent outdoors, in the fresh air, and with great ventilation.
